low isnt custom, but it is handmade in usa. They have stock sizes and I dont think they ever marketed them as being custom.
back in 2011 mine was 850 dollars frame only, and euro was about 1.6 dollars back then, so they werent even that expensive. Back then custom geometry was +500 extra.
