Original manufacturer and geometri wins over your other options I'd say.

So you can either put on a totally unrelated and possibly not correct fork or a special one-off made by the original maker. Does this require any cerebal activity?
With the latter option the bike is 100% Tommasini which is what it should be. No matter how nicely made the other fork will be it will never be a Tommasini fork !

Tommasini got back to me, they can't make a Columbus air fork however they can make a 650c track version of their 'air' fork
