0km of bike as Mrs GB has been away for a week and I'd rather squeeze in swims/runs around MiniGB's school hours and my work hours than go for a long ride (had a 180km ride last weekend to be fair).
Odd how quickly it builds up so that that kind of training load seems quite 'normal'.
CTL building up steadily, now 66 (including swimming) which isn't bad for me.
