Early days, but I'm hoping I've just discovered my new favourite running shoes.
Adidas Supernova Glide Boost 7.
I've been happily racing with Boost under the foot (Adios for 5k/10k, Boston for HM/marathon) and have been searching for a suitable complement for training, i.e. something a little more cushioned for long mileage comfort. Tried the UltraBoost, but they were just tooo cushioned for me and lacked stability that I need. So far (a whole four mile test run) the Glide Boost appear to be the Goldilocks Boost for training; a plush, bouncy, cushioned feel, but just firm enough to feel what's going on when the foot lands. They just feel so comfortable when I slip them on. And obviously, what they look like is the most important thing. Red is the fastest colour but I'll save that for race day. For training I reckon these look pretty cool. :)
Was considering these. Nowhere near as quick as you (would like to go under 3.30 for London) so thinking it might work as a marathon shoe (and I don't really have a different shoe for race vs training). Currently using Asics Gel Cumulus.
