I would hope so. Yeah about 100-120 sounds fair to chrome a fork
@haveo It would probably depend on how much I got the frame for and its resale value. I know not everything is about money but you don't really wanna spend more than what its resale value is, more so if you might move it on in the near future etc.
Just make a decision while you still like it, otherwise you might loose interest.. (this is what has happened to me in the past)
