24mm crankset with a sheathed bb (shimano) would also be another valid solution yes, but I do really want the hollowgrams. at the end of the day the TRP HY/RD will not work well with the caad10 disc anyway it seems (the shimano hydro cable angle seems better too)
hydro should do the trick. If not I give up, throw it in a lake etc

Best solutuon, use 24mm crankset instead of BB30.
