When I'm in the drops my knees brush my chest, would shorter cranks make much/any difference?
Have you tried rotating Your fit triangle forward?
10mm longer stem, saddle 10mm forward, and say 6mm up.
This is basically how I changed position from my BMC to my Felt. Something to do With my squat form caused similar issues in the drops.
