The internal routing is actually really good for the gear cables - its protected and run externally - the brake cables / hyro lines on the other hand.... what the fuck were they thinking!?!?!
No rub visible on my spindle, but plastic outer seems slightly flattened - the outer cable routing guide actually has strategically placed slots to allow a cable tie / flat tie of some sort pass through the shell and secure the brake cable/line against the guide and prevent rub.
this resulted in an unexpected bonus:
My rear brake is now hella more responsive......
Really starting to take a shine to this bike now........
Performed excellently in the wet tonight - first time I've really felt the benefit of the disc brakes.
what fucking cabling are using? my jagwire cable is far too stiff for the rear brake cable to bend like that.. I thought I wanted compressionless housing??? CHRISTTTT
