I'm entered for the Victoria Park 10k on saturday... Haven't run at all for a few weeks, but I've done a lot more riding than usual including sportives for the last 2 sundays and am lighter and fitter (on the bike) than I've been for ages. The last run I did, I managed a 23minute 5k..... am I crazy to try for a 50 minute 10k??
