run dem has a season fee of £20 every 3/4 months and sessions are free, but we're ramping up for mile 21 celebrations for vmlm and we're hosting runners from all over the world for our hackney half 'bridge the gap' event so we have a £2 bag at each run to help fill the coffers as we've cut all ties to nike now and are operating 100% independently again, post run parties don't pay for themselves.
