There's a lot of bedwetting about this but there's no chance of the EPL being broken up at all. It will be the usual case of greedy bigger clubs looking to snatch a bigger piece of the pie and trying to cement more money and increase their likelihood of not missing out on CL tv money.
Years ago there was a conversation where big clubs thought about the above scenario and said lets make it the top three teams instead. As unthinkable as it was a liverpool team that finished 4th won the CL. LFC are there because they are still a huge draw worldwide and in terms of TV revenue...like Everton are to the rockport wearers in Wrexham.
