38mm rake, 52mm between forklegs in crown, axle to crown 385mm, axle to bottom edge of crown 360mm. i takes easy same tiresize as the frame does so thats enough :)
Og kaffenback forks are 45mm rake and 400mm A-C
sounds aggressive maybe but og fork make the bike feels like a boat haha.
I think if you want the same'ish trail from the custom fork as the carbon fork you should get it made with 45mm rake.
385mm/38mm is going to be more sluggish than the original fork you are using now.
edit: more rake = quicker handling (seems counterintuitive)
