Sorry to bring this up again? Would this Novatec hub be significancy better than the Shimano rs505.
Its for a training/ touring bike so durability is the most important factor. The novatec has cartridge bearings but is also coming from poland so would take longer to get here.

There isn't room inside a freehub for a cartridge bearing which is as strong as Shimano's 9×¼" loose balls.
So would you go with the Shimano, its for a CDF? How much more regularly do you normally have to service loose ball hubs, I'm in wet wet Ireland.
