MTB bits (groupset, forks, wheelset, finishing kit)

Since I am not having much luck selling my MTB frame, might start looking into getting it built into a spare bike.
- groupset: 2x9/3x9, no preference for the brand (Alivio+ or sram x5+)
- forks: 1 1/8 steerer, qr
- wheelset: 26" qr disc brake
- finishing kit - 27.2 seatpost, stem, risers, saddle
Has to be functional and cheap. I'm in Aberdeen so will have to be posted.

I'll have a Manitou Axel fork and a seatpost/saddle/stem available to sell soon from a donor bike, I'll let you know when I get it through
