A used, sound frame is just a used sound frame. Yours is still a lovely but is crucially old, and VERY used, in your own words:
"Ive been riding it on the streets of London every single day for an average of 10miles/day."
That's a lot of miles man. The more you ride and throw around a frame or bike to less money you should ask for it when you resell it, regardless of how sound it is.
Plus you can't use current condor pista frame prices as a valuation yardstick, they're brand new current frames...
