Not bad really, was fairly surprised!
- Swapped the Reynolds skewers for Lifeline Carbon/ti ones
- Swapped the lighter SI expander wedge back in. For some reason I thought I'd broken it, so it's had the heavier one in for ages. Turns out, it's absolutely fine.
- New USE Alien clamp, so I could swap out the shitty Deda seatpost for the USE one I've had for ages.
It'll probably all explode as soon as I ride it.

Not being able to ride much due to a bad back has resulted in a (possibly quite stupid) plan to shed some weight as cheaply as possible off my bike. For the grand total of £60 and a quick rummage through the spare parts box in the shed, I've managed to lop off 280grams.
In weightweenie speak, that's 21p/gram.
