Why? Whats the issue? I have personally only found Cyclists to be a minor annoyance, nothing more. Like any other slow moving traffic, you overtake when it is safe to do so, and give plenty of room. I assume you're also starting a petition for Horse Riders and Joggers.

Speaking as a Londoner, I'd be happier if we sorted out the unlicensed and uninsired drivers/riders first. Cyclists are an annoyance, not a serious danger.

My colleague made a sweeping statement that she doesn't date cyclists because she says cyclists are simply people who cant afford cars. Maybe that's what he's attempting.
