I can't remember how I got them in my spare parts box
If you want more, they are usually called grub screws or set screws. For blind hole blanking it's probably best to get flat points

For those that can't stand having open & unused mount holes in their frame (like rack/fender mounts) and don't like to use spd screws either... I've found by mistake some headless screws the same width of a spd screw, that fit perfect and discretely:
Only problem... I can't remember how I got them in my spare parts box, I'm assuming they where part of some kind of furniture or something not bike-related. PS: Sorry for the crappy image quality
