Never sold a frame.
Sold the components, but never the frames.
The archive is currently in storage in the United States of Essex.

How!? I've only been riding for about 2-3 years and I've sold at least 8 frames

Every self-respecting man in Essex has a lock-up...
I tend to buy them, ride them for a year or so and then pension them off to the great storage facility in the sky before buying another one.

Good to see a pic of the old girl again and know she's still looking good.

The misguided fool in me says that one day I'll build them all up again and ride them.

I imagine it to be like this

My first ever road bike. The guy I sold it to crashed it and wrote the thing off in less than a week, heartbroken
My second ever road bike. Its current owner has an Arrospok on it, heartbroken.
In short, never sell any bikes, ever.

Genesis volare stainless, I got the frame crazy cheap when I bought it, but always knew deep down that I should have been on a size larger, no matter what I did with long stems and Spacers it never quite fit properly and had to much toe overlap for my size 11's so it ended up being sold way too cheaply and replaced with something the right size. it wasn't the fastest feeling road bike, but it had by far the best ride quality, road feel and handling of anything I've ridden. I want another one badly.

Bought from Oswald here, first proper road bike. And WHAT a road bike. Mint condition too.
Sold as I moved from Kent to sunny Aberdeen and had no space to store. Really nice guy bought it, but I haven't seen it ever since and don't really know how to find him anymore.Been going through SAECO frames ever since I had a chance, found the same CAAD6 but has some paint bubbling etc... And...it's not THAT bike...
Still looking for a mint frameset to keep for myself and (hopefully) never sell.Only thing that makes it less sad is that I feel slightly more comfy (placebo??) on current 52cm frame compared to 54 in the picture..but still.

I regret selling this. Used to be my brother's. He neglected it for years in his shed, but finally gave it to me. I sold it to a guy in Australia without ever trying to build it up. I was poor and thought It would be better off with a collector, than me. If I owned it today I would build it up HHSRB style and ride the fuck out of it

First singlespeed conversion. Anti as hell but it was bloody comfy and so fast.
KTM Strada CX frameset, with the original cranks, Gipiemme seatpost and some random cheap stuff.

Bikes I regret selling: my Dean Ti mountainbike from 1995, my Bianchi TSX (sold it when steel bikes where "just bikes"), my Muddy Fox Monarch Ultra mountainbike and my Merckx MX Leader (Team Telekom) because it was too large.
