So 15% of arsenal buys 49% of Everton.
I honestly think he got ripped off. Just look at matchday earnings, squad value, infrastructure etc. Everton don't even own their own training ground IIRC.
Kenwright asset stripped the place and let the stadium rot away, much like the Tories do with public services.
