Below is the route I put together, from Walthamstow Queens Road station to Connaught Water in Epping Forest - mostly off road single track and great fun.

I've also attached the .gpx file to this post.

Amaze - you rock. Going to ride out this afternoon if I get enough work done. All reports are the trails themselves are a bit of a mess, so riding out/back will at least give me some more mileage.
