  • since changing my diet i've found the most annoying thing is my morning 'routine'* has changed which makes it tough to get an accurate weight reading before eating any breakfast.

    my gym scales are always about 1.3-1.5kg lighter than those at home when i weigh before a workout but without having the two sets side by side it's impossible to know what the actual variation is between them and what is a change in weight.

    After waking, post poo, pre morning cuppa. Then again in the evening straight in the door from work. Normally 600-800 g difference.

    I then weigh myself.

    I have my morning coffee at work. Which initiats my first 'movement' of the day.

    This seems pretty regular. Its only if I have a shit load of salt the night before, which then helps bind the 1/2 gallon of water in me. That I get a bad Reading. But I'm not a salty snack kinda guy. So thats pretty rare.
