Knorr Stock Pots - pretty good sub for real stock imo
Splitting bacon into sets of 3/4 rashers, then freezing. Cook from frozen when needed.
Red & Chinese cabbage - keeps forever in the fridge
Courgette - mega versatile
Broccoli - cheap and keeps well
