I'd use a 160 on the front, in fact I do use a 160 on the front on all my disc braked bikes - and I'm 5kg lighter than you Swedee. Never felt over-braked.
I ordered the discs last night so will try with 140. If it feels inadequate will get an adapter and go to 160 up front
As above if you do get an adapter the ones that require four bolts are better than those that use two longer ones...weight be damned etc
