No glad of the advice! Definitely helpful as i'm new to all things mountain bike. I've been searching ebay for "retro mtb" for the last week but nothing yet. Are 90s mtb frames lighter than the inbred?
@JB yeah, troll was an option, but didnt sell me enough over the inbred for the price difference but if people are telling me the inbred doesn't ride well it's an option if i dont find an old mtb frame which i like.

Not wanting to criticise everything you're doing, but... I had an Inbred; heavy, and horrible riding thing.
There's plenty of suitable 90s steel MTB frames going cheap.
