Assuming mid cage 10 speed 105 mech, specs say...
Maximum low sprocket 28t Maximum front difference 22T, total capacity (chain wrap) 39t
Chain wrap = (large chainring – small chainring) + (large rear cog – small rear cog)
(50-34) + (32-11) = 37
37 < 39 so the chain wrap works, but 32 > 28t max low sprocket so you might run into trouble there.
it should just work...
You might want to edit this bit too. With a 10-speed 105, a 32T big sprocket is quite a stretch from the nominal 28T max. There might be some frames where it would work.
