My clue was referencing Oval, which is where the building is. It isn't actually derelict; it's used as an office by the coach operators 'Empress Coaches' next door. The other side is a photography studio, and beyond that:

Swapped the rear light to constant to make the exposure easier to meter in the dark

I sniffed Polka Dot's 'Empressed' clue, but failed to materialise anything useful.
Ah well...
