Easy now. Ludders has a long established tradition of dropping in and fucking the game up every so often, you should regard it as a sort of performance art piece.

The old tag has been named by @Greenbank, it is the bright shop window in the photo, which has been taken from the opposite angle. The new one is not quite a blank wall, this is an improvement over his previous efforts.
