Yeah they are weird aren't they? I've never tried anything like that, it's just pretty close and sounds odd. I like spinning so maybe it'll be ok...

Edit: just did the maths, 120 rpm for an hour. Maybe not.

There's no pain quite like Medium Gear. I've done a few 10s, but doubt I could handle a 25. And I prefer them oldschool, i.e. no TT bars.

Get short cranks. Tester managed to beat me when he put <155mm on.
