Looks like I've sold the Piglet - at a knock-down price to my brother-in-law, who's taking delivery once I've had the bonnet and offside front wing resprayed in early March. Trouble is, I'm now having second thoughts about the RS6, and am started to be tempted by the ease with which bicycles could be loaded in the back of a Range Rover Sport (V8 Supercharged, naturally). Not keen on the footballist/drug dealer image, but it does score on practicality (other than the awesomely bad fuel consumption). Damn those first world problems...

New Corsa had an engine warning light come on. Bollocks. RAC came out and said an O2 sensor dropped out temporarily. He reset it and it was OK. Suggested that we get it replaced. We have a three-month engine and gearbox warranty. What are the chances that the garage will replace it, rather than grudgingly look at it, see it working, and send us on our way?

Some cars are just more prone to the issues, and then the replacement part quality.
Friend runs alfas, 2l twin cams till the cambelt goes. Seems to do well.

Go the garage as that sensor can cause the cat to get damaged due to incorrect fueling.
Did it fall out or go out of range? Sounds like out of range.

best fast 4x4
I've briefly had a Supercharged RR Sport and a Cayenne Turbo S*. The RR was smarter inside and much better looking, but the Porsche felt miles faster (turbo beats SC and NA in heavy cars every time) and it drove miles better.
I'd just get an estate tho. There's only so much that can be done to make a 2.5 tonne 4x4 handle and stop.
I still love the W211 E55 AMG. The last of the subtle AMGs, so long as you remove the wing badges.
Is that too old? 500bhp and about 1800kg.

Ignore the previous Bimmer, this is the one:

RAC man said it had stopped working momentarily, but was now working again. Just needed to reset the warning light as it doesn't go off if the sensor starts operating normally again.

Might be worthwhile to tell the garage and see what they say.

I think that's why I'm tempted. I 'Rolled' a Silver Shadow for a while. I think I have a problem.
Probably cheaper to have a terrible cocaine problem...

Factory fitted to the CSL non? The paint looks a bit thick in places... Filler on that front strut top perhaps.

Thought they were an option..
Just don't like them. A way of hiding rot, and a way of holding water and detritus against the metal.

It's been fully restored (apparently) and it's a very rare lightweight version for racing homologation.
Compared to RS500's it's a bargain.

This is the car my parents drive, they're on 100k, close friends who have the same car are on 180k.
When you want to, it's like hitting fucking warp speed. Jesus Christ it's fast.
Been almost absurdly reliable alongside that. -

Any leftfield suggestions for a £1k car that can handle a motorway?
My car has died at the worst time, I'm right in the middle of my grad show project and need to get up North

Is orange your natural skin colour?
No, more a combination of pasty white and flushed red. Hence why I'm not sure a RR is really very me. Even an understated black or grey one, rather than a white Essex chariot.
How do you spend so much on a van with leather seats and a portable loo?
