Frame is new and I've registered it with Cannondale. Guess I'll just have to fight my corner if them if I ever have a claim. Here's hoping I don't.
In the meantime I'll just keep the original paint. More money for components that way, anyway. Should have it build up in a few weeks!

And this too. Warranty is non transferable and in reality difficult to fudge.
You'd need receipts without the original customers name etc.
Also there's some good comments on how much the warranty is worth in this thread.
