No 'Pointy hat'? Kask bambio it is then. Or any other aero helmet, which is a helmet not a hat.

I've got an Evade.

I'm not trying to race this, it's just a training ride which will happen to feature 10 miles of trying to go fast in the middle of it.

My Tarmac does have 404s on it at the moment which might be too deep for the race rules although I think they're just under 60mm?
