The whole lot: Hub + Shifter + Sprocket + Fitting Kit (the plastic bits that connects the shift cable to the hub); brake rotor not included.
Longer cable and casing may be needed for larger bikes but otherwise all the bits are include

Hi, this is @HHHH signed in using another account, as I am out of town and have forgotten the password to the OP account.
Yes the Alfine hub + bits are still available. It is laced to a 700c Gipiemme welded rim with sapim spokes, so can be sold as complete wheel too.
Will be back in town end of the week and to the original @HHHH account.

The rim is a Gipiemmi Kenya 29er Disc 32H, Sapim Race spokes, 130 for the whole wheel.
Will throw in the Shimano Centerlock disc for free.
