How might I go about removing a hollowtech 2 BB from my old bike? It's had about 4 years daily commuting use and is the original one that came with the bike (alu frame). I'm trying to sort the bike out for my brother but this has stumped me.
I tried with a cheap ebay BB spanner but it didn't shift at all. Then I bought a lezyne BB tool.
All this has done is start to round off the spline things on the BB and break a ratchet spanner thing.
What next?
