I assumed the tiny chainring was to make up for the gearing effect of the huge wheels and the inboard steering was because the extended wheelbase would otherwise make the reach ridiculous.
And right there's two great reasons to not use wheels of that size.

At a guess, almost indistinguishable from a 29+ with the same BB height and wheelbase. BB drop isn't a real thing, it's just the difference between BB height and wheel radius.
