Strange one...not complaining or saying anybody has done anything wrong, but not sure where to put this.
Sold a group to a guy on here with no problem at all but he was based abroad. I posted it via Parcelforce in a well-wrapped boot box. I kept an eye on the tracking, and it was held in customs for a few days, but I thought nothing of it.
Couple of days ago, I got a parcel on my desk when I came in in the morning. It was the shoebox, pretty much totally ripped apart, with no address label. It was sat in an open box with my work branding on (so the shoebox must have somehow arrived like that).
I checked the tracking and it had the following line:
After this, they immediately sent the bloody parcel back to UK! Any idea why this is?
I'm sure the buyer and I can work something out as he seemed cool and I seem to have everything back in one piece, but I have no idea why they would just send it back. And also, how it managed to get here with no label or functioning box?!
