No, if you shift the bridge back you change the scale length but you're not changing the distances between frets to match it. It won't intonate. You need a replacement neck to make this work.
I'm almost certain that Crimson guitars make a aftermarket baritone neck for you to do this, their website is a bit of a pain to navigate through though. I imagine there's a lot of other places that make similar.
