I'm lying to myself about it being wrong, there's probably no basis for this but (but!) the turbo was misbehaving, holding the wrong power level and (in some cases) punching up 300 watts for no apparent reason.
Anyway - it certainly gives room to improve.
Also, as we discussed under that very stylish wall-hanging, at least the testing protocol isn't enough to leave you hanging for days.
This is more interesting than the Badge Of Shame:
From a training perspective anyway, raise the lactate threshold whilst also hoiking VO2 Max etc etc.
