The more interesting issue, aside from the wave washer thing, is what happens when Cannondale drop the pullshock design - like Scott Genius owners, long term, you get stuck with a bike that can't really be serviced properly and economically.
For that reason I would view the Jekylls and Triggers as bikes to utterly thrash for a couple of years then bin, depending on part availability.
There's a big thread about them on Singletrack. I expect any issues would have come up there by now.
