Friday - Korean Barbecue then four pints of Guinness
Saturday - 2 slices of toast with too much butter, two big bags of fancy crisps, one bag of midget Gems, two chicken and mushroom pastry slices, 6 cans of Guinness (there was rugby on), Garlic bread and a whole pizza
Sunday - french toast, more crisps, chocolate, Schnitzel with roast potatoes and gravy, more Guinness
Didn't notice a tailwind in the way home but strava tells me it was the fastest return commute yet. Must have been all the weekend junk food
