Hurrah, it's back at the (different) shop I used to get it sent over to CSG.
They want to charge me £100 to put it back together.
For everything else, there's mastercard etc.

TBF, that's what I would charge.
Least the issues is resolved (I hope).

I agree the shop should be compensated for their work
Given this has been an epic clusterfuck on cannondale's part, I'd suggest they should foot the bill

It's going on a funeral pyre along with my CAAD10 - only then will the demon be purged and the nightmare over
(possibly lies)

Definitely, or the original shop that cause the clusterfuckity.

Wow @Howard. Fair play to you if you stick with the brand. I love Cannondales, but to be dicked around for that long and over a bike of that value - I would be so pissed.
Just for the record, i've had CAAD's 8, 9 and now 10 - with no issues, but when i had an issue with my Madone, it felt like Trek put the world on hold for me and sent out replacement parts. They even offered to book the bike into their 'Concept Store' to have it looked over. No money was paid.
I hope this replacement bike of yours rides well! -

Nah - it's still Dale's fault because their QC on Lefty was shit
And they choose their dealers in the UK. If their dealers can't work on their bikes without fucking them up, the blame lies with 'dale
