Like tiny bit of glass, flint, pebble stick in the tyres that you only realised after you got punctured or checked the tyres.

Oh I would belive I would notice the difference. But tbh they are not bad tyres and I think they ride fine...
Maybe when better weather comes along coupled with a nicer wheelset I will purchase the clement stradas

Depend on the person.
Some genuinely won't really notice, whether other can feel the tiniest debris stuck in the carcass.
