This is still rumbling on? So you've been left without a bike for basically 4 months, after the shop has questioned your purchase location, botched jobs, caused damage, potentially resulting in an entire bike replacement and consciously denied any responsibility for it?
Providing it doesn't compromise any on going case, if any - name and shame them already. You've already been provided with a dreadful, shit service, bottom line. And an all-round poor consumer experience. There can't be much room left for redemption now, even if a resolution is (eventually) found, surely? Four months!
