How old, and how much do you want it to look old? European or Asian? TB14 is OK for poseurs, but if you want it to look like a track bike then it's easy enough to find NOS Mavic Argent 10 or some Araya rims if it's an Asian bike.
I have some used Mavic GP4 tub rims I'm not using...
