Mine inflamed just above the achilles 2 weeks ago. In the end i rested it for a week as stretching/foa. Rolling seemed to inflame it more. Ran once on it with run dem tuesday before last but have had flu for a week now so my marathon training is officially now in the shitter. Thanks to flu. For the second year in a row. Cuntsticks
