Usually full 51.151 frameset have the record arrow on the fork crown (like in your case) and on the frame itself (plus decals).
Your frame doesn't so either it's because it is Aelle (very nice tubing, but not for racers, so considered of a low quality [it is not]) or because it was a frame they had already or they were finishing up those BB shells, but already had new forks, so they could have mixed those.
Whatever, it is a wonderful frame. Mine it is from a year or so before yours, also in Aelle, and rides very smooth. Again, like the paintjob very much.
