2 seconds slower than my last one. Bah. Still 2 minutes away from last year's best.
Not worried about it, it was a great run through boggy conditions (as it always is out of summer). Just need to get back into the routine of doing it every Saturday. Legs feel great now though; all ready for the 23k tomorrow.
