Dele Alli has a better goals scored / chances created / assists / key passes ratio based on minutes played.

His tackles / interceptions / blocks / clearances / headers stats are also far better even after playing less football.

Depends if he is trying to rate a player's potential/make some point about how one player might measures up to another or just show what each player has actually delivered so far this season. You could argue that the reason a player hasn't played as many games, or as many minutes per game, or is out for extended injury is down to fitness or temperament or some other factor that is just as relevant to his stats.

For example, on paper Aguero looks like he should score 30+ goals a season but you probably wouldn't bet on him doing that cos you know he'll be out injured for a chunk of the season.
