Road riding or tracks and trails?
Either way a decent audible warning device (or playing card in the spokes) is needed so you can warn of your presence before you and your precious cargo slam into some wandering pedestrian or zippy dog lead.
You might consider a decent full length rear mudguard if your not going to have the clear screen in place all the time. It prevents sandblasting your passenger's eyes. -
Stay away from the kerbs more than you think.
Adjust trailer tyres pressure, otherwise it'll bounces annoyingly.
Turn a lots later than you think.
Avoid some cycle path as they're never wide enough for you and incoming cyclists.
