NJS Frame & Forks (with h/s + bb) / Cockpit / Saddle / Seatpost

I've got a Samson NJS frame and forks for sellz and a few other bits and pieces.

Samson NJS f+f with Hatta headset and Sugino BB. 51.5 cm seat tube, 110mm rear spacing. There's a small dent in the down tube and the usual chips and scrapes from being raced and because it's old. £290

whats the seat tube C-T and the top tube length?
length of stem?

Seat tube is 52 cm centre to top, top-tube is 53 cm and the stem is marked as 90 mm (although it actually measures 100 mm.)

Does £40 for the stem and £6 for the grips (including postage) sound fair?

Grips are sold, cockpit is split and f&f reduced.
